1. Refund policy

If upon delivery or collection of the Merchandise, you discover that the Merchandise is
defective or damaged (excluding any inappropriate usage or man-made damage), with quality issue,
or the Merchandise is not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you can,
within seven (7) days upon receipt of such Merchandise, apply for a replacement by (i) email to us
at cs@eski.hk and provide the relevant order number, name, photo and quantity of Merchandise you ask
for replacement; or (ii) contact our customer service unit, We will follow up with Supplier based
on the information you provided. We will confirm with you whether your application is accepted after
Supplier has verified the defect concerned.

2. Shipping and Delivery policy

When you are ready to make a purchase, please select a pick-up location on the checkout page, and then tap Continue. Usually after the payment is completed, the goods will be ready for pickup within 7-10 days. We will notify you by email before the pick-up time to ensure that your order is ready so that you can pick it up quickly after you arrive at the courier station.
